Usage of file upload control in gridview in updatepanel

Hi
This is one of the issue i faced when working with gridview.
I have a gridview and in that i have a fileuploadcontrol.
I wasnt able to upload the file in the gridview using the control.
I am using an update panel in the page.
Without the update panel it works fine.
For this i used the following code to work
